The Brief
Two things: a video intercom the owners could answer from Milan, and CCTV that could actually settle a valet dispute over a scratched car.
The Build
2N intercom that goes anywhere
A 2N IP Verso at the entry lobby streams to owner phones over standard SIP. Works from the villa, works from a flight lounge in Milan.
Valet-zone plate capture
Two dedicated cameras on the arrival apron — one for a full-scene wide, one for a locked-off plate crop. Timestamped and NTP-synced to the second.
Interior discretion
Interior cameras are 4MP micro-domes tucked into the ceiling coffers. From below they look like smoke detectors.
The Outcome
- Owner has answered the intercom from three continents in the first month alone.
- Two valet dispute cases resolved with plate + timeline footage.
- Zero false alerts after a week of motion-zone tuning.
