Site walk & lifestyle brief

We map how you actually use each room — mornings, dinner, guests, sleep — then translate that into scenes and automations.

System design & vendor selection

We choose between KNX, Lutron, Control4 or a hybrid stack based on your build stage, budget, and how invisible you want the tech to be.

First-fix wiring & backbone

Structured cabling, low-voltage runs and rack location signed off before your electrician closes any walls.

Programming & commissioning

Every scene tuned on site with you present. We do not leave until Good Night, Movie and Away actually feel right.

Handover & 12-month care

Printed room card, video walkthrough, and a monitored remote-support line for the first year.
